Verbatim Replay: How It Works
Set up your account
Visit www.verbatimreplay.com. Click the “Sign Up Now” button and fill in form to create a new account. There’s no charge to set up an account and have it ready to go when you need to record a call. You will be asked to store a credit card on file but will only be charged when you use the service to record a call.
Record the Call
1. Dial the Toll Free access number (1–888–REPLAY–5) and follow the prompts to input your secure account ID and password.
2. Input the 10–digit telephone number you wish to call and record.
3. Conduct your call. Your conversation will be recorded and, as soon as you hang up, we will email an MP3 file of your conversation which you may forward to another party via email or store for your records on your computer.
